A very "Cozy" log cabin nestled in the pines is just a 4 minute stroll to our private lake frontage. This two bedroom, one full bath cabin features comfortable living room furniture, a volcanic rock wood burning fireplace, fully equipped "eat in" kitchen, microwave, Cable TV, VCR, and BBQ. Accommodates two to four guests.

Ginger Pear at the Barn House   2 - 4 Guests Return to exterior shot

The Ginger Pear Town House (one of 2 Town Houses at the Barn House) is located 200 feet down the street from the north end of Rainbow Lake, a 2 1/2 minute stroll to lake and boat rentals. One can see the very north end of Rainbow Lake from the house.

The Ginger Pear, 1000 SF, features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, large kitchen/dining room (fully equipped), living room with new sofas, cast iron gas fireplace with lovely antique mantle, sunroom, 2 private entrances, private flagstone patio garden, deck and mini Aspen forest. Cable TV, VCR, and BBQ are included. The Ginger Pear can accommodate up to 4 guests.

2007 Remodel - Exterior Cedar siding; kitchen - Austalian Cedar flooring; new "lovely" bathroom vanities with granite counter top, tile floors, and more.

Located on our property at the south end of Rainbow Lake where we have private lake frontage for our guests to enjoy. Vermont to Lake - 1 1/2 minute stroll.

This charming two story, 2000 SF country home is situated on 1/3rd acre with lots of pines. The mountain home features 3 bedrooms, sleeping loft, 2 full baths, open living room/dining room, antiques and country furnishings, woodstove fireplace, cable TV, and VCR. Pine floors and knotty pine wainscotting are found throughout this mountain cottage home. The country kitchen, fully equipped, includes dish washer and microwave. Washer/Dryer and BBQ included.

The Ranch   2 - 14 Guests Return to exterior shot

The Ranch, a private setting on 9 acres, sits high on a bluffl overlooking a beautiful green valley where horses and cattle are grazing. On the far side of the valley is the edge of the City of Show Low. The lights at night are lovely. Three fishing lakes are within a 10 min. drive from the Ranch.

The recently remodeled ranch house, 2800 SF, features:

• Very large living room with native rock fireplace, lovely new furnishings including leather sofas. Oil paintings and other fine cowboy/ranch art adorn the the walls throughout the house.
• Kitchen with eat at breakfast bar, granite counter tops. Fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher.
• Dining Room which will sit 10 guests
• 4 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms
• Jungle gym and bunkhouse for the children to play
• Patio terraces with tables and chairs
• Laundry room
• Cable TV, DVD
• BBQ

Besides the private ambiance of the property, probably the biggest highlight for our guests is feeding the horses at the pasture fence. Linda, the owner, is raising race horses and at any one time there will be mamas with babies, pregnant mares and frisky unpredictable yearlings in the three pastures. Feed Carrots Only, Please !!

Our mama, papa and baby llama are grazing on the hillside and can be found in close proximity to our guests. The llamas, though docile, do not like to be petted and definitely do not like to be chased. So far, everyone has loved having the llamas loose on the hill. They've commented, "It feels like we are at a Wild Animal Park !!!!

4900 SF country home situated on one acre, 2 1/2 min. walk, 2nd house from North end of Rainbow Lake. One can view the north end of the lake from the house, fish from the dam, launch a boat or rent a boat (fishing, pontoon, and paddle boats) nearby. It is perfect place for family reunions, corporate gatherings, church retreats, etc. We've even had a small wedding or two.
